Eating healthy foods is very importante. We must do it
everyday, not just occasionally, to get enough vitamins and proteins. Of
course, everyone would prefer to eat whatever they want but there are some
priorities. We need to eat healthy foods
so that our body doesn´t get damaged or ill. Making a jump to
vegetarians or vegans might be a trial. Suddenly changing food makes you feel
uneasy.
Yes, it can be na improvement but the effort and mental
stress might be difficult to overcome, but if you have already grown up used to
it, then it will be easy.
